It happens, they don't have feelings for dogs because when their family dog is sick, they don't even care and don't even take it to a vet. That's why they don't have alot of vets in China. And I know cuz I was born in Hong Kong. But I've never seen someone beating a dog like that. I may be chinese, but I have feelings for dogs, I gonna be a vet.
