Is something wrong???

I just got a new puppy about 4 days ago. He's a chow mix. We have just started to potty train him, and he's had a couple accidents which was expected. But the problem is, the only time he's gone potty was when we kept him in the house he peed twice and only did number 2 in the house once. But after we decided to leave him outside until he went potty, he hasn't gone potty at all as far as I know. I've been watching him very closely to see if he uses the restroom outside, and I haven't seen him go potty yet, and it has been two days! Is something wrong????

Welcome to the wonderful world of Chow Chows! They don't do anything you want them to! :D

Out of all honesty, this is a breed that is very independent and need to be taught right from the beginning that they can't push you around. Leave the dog outside until it goes to the bathroom, once it does praise praise praise and reward! :)

Have fun with the Chow mix! I have a Chow (and many other dogs) and the Chow never, and I mean NEVER listens.

lol

I'll stick to my pittys! :)
