Chihuahua, mini-pinsher

I've finally decided to get a small dog ... I don't know what to get since I don't know all breeds ... but I would like something like chihuahua, mini-pisher (very small, very cute, very energetic small dog) ... so if you could give me some more suggestions and more about each personnality...
