Has the transportation forum been locked or is it that I am too new? I was wanting to post and offer rides.

No It should be open I can't see why it would be locked. You could actually post in On topic or general and let the rescuers and fosters know of your offer and could get info from you if they need to. It is very nice to offer transport for these furbabies and welcome to the board

This is not true, unfortunately - and new members cannot post these offers without ADMIN permission.

That forum, as part of the rescue forums are for approved rescues only.

As ALWAYS, I can be Pm'd or emailed marko(at)pets.ca if any member has a specific request or any specific question.
