weakness 24 hours after vomiting

Please help... Our small house dog started vomiting last night around 7pm. She seemed ok after the episode. This morning around 7am she has another vomiting episode. She has not vomiting since. She is now weak and seems depressed. Does this sound normal for 24 hours after the first episode ????

It could be normal, if the vomiting is a result of something your dog ate. Or it could be something lethal. Take her to a vet.

She may also be dehydrated. Gently pinch skin between her shoulderbaldes, if it doesn't spring back immediately, that's a sign. And gums should be pink, not pale...these are two signs I can think of that a dog is indeed sick and needs help. Ditto for depression and lethargy.

If this were my dog, I'd be considering taking her to the ER if she also had diarrhea, or continued to worsen through the weekend.
Try giving her some watery boiled rice with a little ground meat, if she will eat. Just a little bit.
