resizing/greyscale
 

I am hoping that someone can help me with this question. Whenever I resize my pics using Irfanview they get changed from color to greyscale. I have looked at Irfanview and cannot find anywhere that I can fix it. This started happening about 6 months ago. HELP...thanks
