Awesome shots Hazel. :thumbs up

Does your camera have a setting for taking a series of pictures or do you just hold down the button for multiple frame pictures?

I do have the camera set for multiple frames per second, but rarely use the feature. In this case, the bumblebee had to work up its nerve and plan its angle of entry carefully, so it hovered above the butterfly quite a while. :D Plenty of opportunity to get the shots...and I probably cheated and rearranged the shots some to make it look like a more direct assault! But shhhhhhhh...don't tell anyone! :p

My Cone-flowers are gone, done, finished for this year, but we still have plenty of Bees and Bumble-Bees+the odd Monarch in the Budleia Bush..I HATE fall:yell:

Our coneflowers and rudbeckia are about all that's left blooming these days, chico! I love it when the birds start going after the seeds, though--so all my spent flowers are still up and waiting for the seeds to ripen into food :D
