Itunes
So my computer crashed and I was able to use another existing one. So I want to set up my Itunes account but i keep getting the old list of thousands of songs. I deauthorized the computer from the old account and put on mine. Not working, this is the most frustrating thing I have ever done.

I just went through something similar with PSE 9--had another motherboard go out (3rd time this year) and when I reloaded the software, it told me I was past the limit for my license (I had a 2 concurrent machine limit). I spent the afternoon on the phone with Adobe and they reauthorized it for me. Do you have a place to call for iTunes support? (I don't use iTunes, so I've no clue. :o)
I hope you get it straightened out soon. I turn the air bluest when I'm dealing with techie problems :yell: :grouphug: |
I was told i needed support for my Ipod, cost 19 dollars to troubleshoot. I'd rather work with a pack of wild dogs..........

Have you tried their online support option? They will contact you via email to attempt to fix the issues.

So I ended up Restoring my Ipod nano. Unfortunately it wiped out all my music, but lucky it was only about 20 cds. It is working again anyway.
