cat who is 1.5 years old can't be litter trained? my vet said she had crystals in her urine & is being treated, but she still won't use the litter box every time...I've tried every brand I can find,even 2 boxes,nothing seems to be working?

How is she being treated for the crystals? Does she just pee outside the box or poop too?
