My pitbull puppy has dry peeling skin on her face but just her mouth what can cause this and how can help her using vase:shrug:line not helping painful for her she won't let you touch it

Has she been to the vet to have it checked out?

This isn't something you can treat at home. Dogs don't get "dry lips" like we do, but they can have medical conditions that can cause this. Your dog sounds like she is in a lot of discomfort - time to take her to the vet!
