Bugs in the Swheatscoop?

Anyone else having problems with this? We get those little "pantry moths" from time to time in wheat products and bird seed, especially if I forget to put everything coming into the house into the freezer for a bit, and they are such a pain to get rid of! Lately I`ve seen them in the bathroom, and wondered why, since there isn`t any food kept in there, but I`ve just realized they are living in the litter box

I don`t know if they came in the bag, or if we already had a few from something else, but they seem to be thriving in the litter box. I hate to change litters, but don`t know how else to eradicate them. Any ideas?

Remove the food source and you remove the bugs. You might be able to keep the litter in the long run, but maybe you could switch for a short period of time to help break the cycle. In the meantime you could freeze the bag of litter you have now if you've got a large freezer (it would kill anything lingering in there). Keep all grain-based products in well-sealed containers, including the litter when it's not in use. I don't know how you could keep the critters out of litter that's in an open litter pan, though
