I just heard Alex Peirson on City Pulse reporting that the boy biten by the family dog was actually not a pit bull. They had the CKC in to review the dogs breed and decided they could not find pit bull in this dog. They actually said that it may be a mixed breed with whippet, dane and I can't rememeber what else.

Saw that, too. I think they said there was some Dalmatian in it. This attack is all the more reason to crack down on BYBers.

We need more like her and I wonder how many times this has been missed in the past .
Can anyone find out where the report originated from ? We all should blast them with email and demand the reporter be reprimanded .

Alex is the only reporter that I've liked when it comes to Bill 132, the others focus too much on dramatics and myths.

We should send this to Opposition Mpps, and media.

This is the link to the previous story( when they called it a pit bull.

"the day will come where paperboys and moms can go about their way without worrying about having their face chewed off ...."
Apparently, not while Bryant is on the job.

When this incident occurred( NOV 18), The Star printed "Muzzle pit-bulls, NOW ":

I just sent the story to the Toronto Star and requested a retraction be printed.

The Sun did an even-handed story( NOV 18), but they did call the dog a Staffy and quote Bryant:
