Rescue remedy - dosage

Can someone advise me on how to use Rescue Remedy on cats?

4-5 drops, 3 or 4 times a day for a week or so should make a difference. You can't overdose them.

You can put the drops on their food or directly into their mouths if you can do that easily.

I'm hoping it will help with cat aggression/anxiety due to intact male visitor in my bathroom. Last night it was total lockdown and I didn't get much sleep what with all the growling and whining. Hopefully this will help. May take some myself!
