My 2 year old american bulldog gave my 12 week old american bulldog a puncture wound near his cheek(between cheek and neck). The puppy bleed a little and we washed it out with a flush but now his cheek seems to be swollen. He is eating fine and very active. What can be the problem?

He could have an infection I would have my vet take a look at it he may need antibiotics.

The problem with puncture wounds like this is that although it may look minor on the skin - maybe a little hole - there is often a LOT of damage under the skin.
You need to take your puppy to the vet. As mastifflover says, there could be infection under the skin and a drain might be needed. Don't wait.
