Looking for a JRT Rescue Org. in Ontario

November 9th, 2004, 11:01 PM
Near the Niagara Region would be even better, a good friend of mine is looking to add a JRT to their family and I suggested looking at adopting from a rescue. Any info or numbers/web sites would be great.

Thanks checked them out and got some numbers for her (she doesn't have the net). And I am going to see if she wants to go visit our Humane Society, as they do not post their adoptable pets online....which I am going to suggest they do! :)

Toby is wondering why no one has called for him!!!

SIMPLY CUTE AS A BUTTON!! Meet Toby&a 5 yr old neutered male Jack Russell. His picture is deceiving, but hes a typical size for a JRT, just a bit leaner. Hes maybe 20 lbs. They dont come any cuter than this, and hes playful and cuddly as well!! Toby loves men, women and children but keep him away from other dogs and cats. Hes strictly a people-person, not an animal lover. Wed be happy to talk to you in more detail about this trait. Bring on the fun n games, cause Toby is the ideal playmate! Hes got the bountiful Jack Russell energy so needs a family thats committed to tiring him out and he hopes you have a big backyard! Wed prefer a home without children under 12 because we dont want him to escape through a door or gate left accidentally open. Hes up to date in vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.
