Is Goldfish flakes OK for cats?

:confused: Is goldfish food OK for cats? I have2 cats that are almost 1 year and they go crazy for it like catnip? What should I do?:( :rolleyes:

As a rule,

food for other animals, is meant for that animal alone.

it may seem like since cats natuarally eat fish that fish flakes may not harm the cat.


BUT who knows what else is in the flakes?

I'd ask my vet to be sure.
