I got a question. Me and my dad got a tick off my 10 year old cat. 3 weeks later my cat passed. I had noticed that 2 weeks before my cat passed that his appetite had decreased and he had become more sluggish. However, he was still moving around. The day before he passed he ate good and was energetic. Could the tick we found on the cat brought this on or what? He seemed like he was doing good the day before it happened.

I'm so sorry for your loss Racquel :sorry:
But from what you've written there's no way to know what killed the cat without an autopsy.
Some ticks are more dangerous than other ticks (some can be lethal) and removing them properly is important. http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/cat-care/ticks
Some tick bites require treatment from a vet. That sluggish behaviour and decreased appetite were signs to go see a vet, but you didn't mention if the cat saw a vet. It's also possible that your cat had passed away from other medical issues though.
again - my condolences on your cat :rip:
