new here and saying hi!

hi everyone. i'm a single mum in the vancouver area and have the bestest 6 yr old kid in the world. my daughter and i are partners in crime and love our little zoo. at present, we have:
*one cat -- tilly
*one guppy -- rainbow pretty
*one dwarf hamster -- elvis
*one budgie -- lucy
*one lovebird -- felix

i spent part of my childhood on a farm and have always loved animals to bits! i work 2 jobs but both are part-time so that gives me time with the kidlet and all the critters.

always nice to meet other animal lovers.
