Unsocialized kittens

We have two male kittens that we just picked up last night. They were born in a barn and have had very little human contact thus far. They were born March 5th so they are 7 weeks old. They are terrified, understandably, but we are hoping/praying they can be socialized and turned into happy, healthy, loving cats.
They are in a spare room, separate from our two older cats and our dog. They hiss at us all the time and shy/run away, right now. I was just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this kind of situation and has any advice. Thank you.

every feeding time go in and sit down in one corner in the oyhrt sorner place the food move closer gradually in the course of a few weeks when they get curious and comfortable they will come to you this can take 2 months or more
