Rufus disappeared April 14th at 10:30PM from Saunders Rd in Richmond (Between No.3 Rd and Garden City)
Rufus is tan colour with a white chest. He has large ears and his tongue almost always sticks out. He has a muscular body but is smaller than other frenchies.
He was born with a birth defect and requires medication for his health. Rufus has a special diet and daily routine to maintain his health.
