Dog paralysed - need some exercises

My mini schnauzer Gypsy was diagnosed with polyradiculoneuritis 3 wks ago after extensive testing,

She spent 7 days in ICU and has been home for 3 wks today, she is eating well and happy in herself but sadly has no muscle strength at all in 4 legs, I have started her swimming -- does anyone know any exercises I can do in between swimming?

She can't stand!

Acupuncture? Homeopathy?

I would also do range of motion exercises with her - just moving her legs in normal gentle motion, if it causes no distress.
