This was passed around at our rally class. Not one remotely "pitbull" type there, but just about everybody signed. I have a Lab. In a community near me a Lab x Chow mix was shot dead by police when she escaped her back yard. The cop thought she was a "pitbull." So he said.
If someone thinks your dog resembles a so called "pitbull" you could be affected.
On line petitions are not acceptable, according to the lady who circulated this the other night. If you could print this out and take it to a doggy class or daycare or dogpark you attend you could help protect your own dog and help thwart the PEOPLE who are the cause of bad dog behaviour.
