One of my cats was hit by a car a while back and the lower part of his front paw is paralized. The shoulder works but he can't stand on the paw as its limp. Do braces like these work? http://handicappedpets.mobi/index.php/help-pets-walk/dog-leg-splints.html#bootie

I just need him to be able to stand on that paw and the brace doesn't need to be hinged.

I do not know for sure about if this would help but I think it would not hurt to try it? What has your vet advised? patti

I pretty much gave up on vets, can't get a straight answer out of them. I guess I'll contact them and be the guinea pig.

Let us know how it works please, as there could be others that may benefit from your experiences. Your cat may not like it at first but should become accustomed to it. Pictures of your furbaby are welcomed here too:thumbs up patti
