Beagles Rescued From Testing

So I can't find the article, maybe someone can help. An organization rescued Beagles that were being used for testing. These dogs have never been outdoors and it was a touching story to hear on the news. Horray for another bust!!!! Makes me sick to hear that this goes on sooooooo much. :(

This goes on with mice and rats in significant numbers, not many people seem to care about that. :shrug:
