It was six years ago today Mr. C arrived on our doorstep, and marched straight into our hearts. He was a matted ,stinky ,dirty mess with twigs and burrs entwined into his fur...here are before and after shots of my sweet boy. The way he looked when he arrived and a week later all cleaned and groomed..:D:thumbs up:lovestruck::cloud9::flirt:

Happy Belated Gotcha Day Mr. Chum

He sure does look very happy in both pictures CsqU4r3d as most Springers do. :)

Thanx guys...he is a terminally happy dude!!! Only pouts if Mum goes anywhere without him. He was a VERY SMELLY boy when he arrived, like an old unwashed used up bathmat peee-eeew...when I picked him up after his first grooming, I was sure they had brought me the wrong dog!!:crazy::lovestruck::dog::lovestruck :

 Same thing happened to us when we inherited our springer, Priscilla. When we had her groomed the first time she went from a woolly bear to a sleek springer spaniel. We were sure they'd brought out the wrong dog, but she obviously recognized us! :dog: Must be a springer thing! :D
