2 year old female jack russell/dachshund mix... about 12 lbs, short brown fur with a white patch on the neck... responds to the name "stella" and she should have her tags (name/city of ottawa/rabies)... PLEASE contact if seen or found!!
She was last seen August 28th around noon... near Émile Robert road in La Pêche county.
