Found cat-Brossard-P section, QC

Male cat, about 1 year old. Appears fixed. Black with somewhat crossed eyes, some grey tufts on his belly and behind his ears. I don't have a photo yet.

I have been feeding him but he comes and goes. He's tame and wants to live here. He follows me around.

what area is Brossard-P section? We have lost a cat and I am checking out every found cat...just in case.
