Life in the country.

My cousin has a ranch (sort of) in the boonies of central Alberta (just outside Bonnyville) that I visited recently when I was out that direction on a work trip. Took a number of pictures, including this one that's getting a lot of Likes on my Facebook album, with one of her two horses and three of her four dogs:

I noted that when viewing it on my iPhone, it looked like a painting... still want to load it up and actually apply that effect, but meantime, another friend of mine did a couple other edits to it:

Beautiful picture Soundy. I still like the first one best though. I take it the horses are used to the dogs, which is nice. My friends dog recently ran in with a bunch of horses and was sadly killed when one spooked.
