We took Bailey down to the lake today..chico2 June 2nd, 2011, 02:00 PM Lake Ontario that is,I was hoping to get some Swans etc...but none to be found:( But I got lots of Geese:laughing: Lots of teenagers.. chico2 June 2nd, 2011, 02:02 PM and Ducklings,15 of them, mom must have been very busy.. chico2 June 2nd, 2011, 02:03 PM and then Bailey of course, she could not wait to get away from the water:laughing: chico2 June 2nd, 2011, 02:04 PM a couple more... BenMax June 2nd, 2011, 02:24 PM Chico2...You are giving this dog one heck of a great life and full of life's fruits and adventure...and it's not even your dog! You are amazing! Truly.! hazelrunpack June 2nd, 2011, 02:39 PM Looks like the geese and ducks are having a good year :goodvibes: And you always show Bailey a good time, chico! :thumbs up What a beautiful day all around! Thanks for sharing it! :cloud9: Sylvie June 2nd, 2011, 03:35 PM Looks like everyone had a great time. :thumbs up Love4himies June 2nd, 2011, 03:58 PM Ah chico, bailey is so lucky to have your as a stepmom :lovestruck:. She is looking great! And finally, pics of the hot pool boy :lovestruck: chico2 June 2nd, 2011, 04:00 PM You know,it was a great day,not to hot,the only thing that spoiled it was 2 injured Geese, one with a bum leg,the other with a broken wing,I guess nobody cares about Geese:( BM,thank you, unfortunately Baileys ears smell so bad,I did not notice it until we got in the car and once home, when she rolled over for a belly-rub,I saw why. You could spoon out the muck in her ears(again:frustrated:),she's already deaf, but I left a note for the owner to take her to the vet right away,I just don't understand people!! cpietra16 June 2nd, 2011, 05:13 PM :cloud9: that Bailey has it made...but Chico, do you get any parental rights????:rolleyes:I know he lives with you half the time...:D Tundra_Queen June 2nd, 2011, 05:28 PM chico...u and hubs are so sweet for giving Bailey all that love and attention! And her poor ears! That is just terrible! Love the pics of the duclings...so sweet! We have a couple of them on our bay this year too. BenMax June 2nd, 2011, 07:21 PM chico2..there is a homopathic remedy for the ears...I have it somewhere in my office. I will look for it and post..maybe the owners can try it as it is cost effective. Or..maybe someone here on Pets has this remedy handy??? TeriM June 2nd, 2011, 07:41 PM Bailey :lovestruck:. Thats a lot of babies for one momma . chico2 June 3rd, 2011, 04:35 PM CPietra,no she only stays with us for about 1 hour/day,a little longer in the summer, after our walk,we'll cuddle in my yard and she'll get some treats. My cats would not appreciate having her in THEIR backyard for too long:laughing:but she is perfectly happy to go home to her bed after. BenMax,Bailey is for certain 100% deaf by now,I don't think she's in pain anymore, but she definitely needs to see a vet, hopefully she'll go tomorrow:pray: The male owner, thinks she's sooo old(about 11yrs I think),but I told him about the oldest dog ever in the world who was 27yrs old and a Cocker Spaniel,I think I made his day:laughing: Dee-O-Gee June 3rd, 2011, 10:04 PM Wow! Your new camera is really showing such wonderful beauty Chico2. :lovestruck: Looks like fun was had by all. :) Hope sweet Bailey's ears clean up soon. I purchased an aloe vera ear rinse that seems to work really well with our guys and it smells nice too. | ||||
