Just wanted to thank everyone for there support,it means alot to know people do care. I'm located north of the city of toronto /ontario/canada so if anyone knows how to go about reporting this man who calls himself a vet it would be appreciated, Thanks again everyone

you can report him to the governing body of veterinarians. You could call a legitimate vet and find out who is the association you would report malpractice to. I am sure that they could help you out
