Our vet recently removed a maligant peripheral nerve sheeth tumor from our cat Ben's tail. Ben is 7 years and the tumor was about 2 inched from the base of his tail. Does anyone have experience with this type of cancer in cats?

I'm sorry to hear about Ben's tumor. I have no experience with this type of cancer, but I wanted to send along some good vibes. :fingerscr some of our cat gurus have experience with this and will chime in.

I've not dealt with this particular type of cancer in cats but here is some reading that addresses it.

Cancer generally thrives on grain/carbs so if you aren't already I would suggest looking in to foods that are grain-free and low carbs.

Thank you for providing the websites. I found some others but not the ones you recommended. I will certainly do some reserch into the grain free, low carb foods. You all are so very helpful and we are really grateful for your help. Ben thanks you too.:cat:
