Ferne Sinkins is mentioned in the article as being the home owner....She did/does help run Toronto Cat Rescue.

Exactly my thought :confused:, she just seemed to abandon the cats and you would think with her position on the board she would have connections to make sure the cats inside her home were being properly taken care of.

When people get start getting responsible and spaying/neutering their cats :yell:. And gov't steps in to have more low cost spay/neuter programs with a TNR program included. :yell::yell::frustrated:
