Shrinking pics

I'm on a different computer now. How do I get that program to shrink my pics for sharing on this forum?

I just use Microsoft Office Picture Manager. When I want to resize a picture I just move it to my desktop and open it from there. I'm sure if you google Micorsoft Office you should be able to download it.

Most camera programs come with an edit program too.
