Shampoo

I'm looking for a good shampoo and conditioner, willing to spend 20 dollars for the two. One of my dogs need oatmeal to soothe her itchy skin. Have not read anything on this topic yet. I have access to global, pet smart, pet value. Dogs are short haired terriers.

I use mane and tail on Tucker works great and is available at Walmart
