Cat eye question

Hi, first of all my name's James. I'm from the UK and own a Norwegen forest cat called Tig. He's quite a large cat. We adopted him after about four years ago. We think he stowed away in a delivery lorry, but not sure where from.
Anyway. He's an awesome cat.
Unfortunately, he's got an eye issue. I've been scouring the net trying to find a picture similar to his symptoms, but to no avail.
Basically he has a cloudy part on the inside of his eyeball. It looks similar to the texture of the moon. You can only see it when he looks to the outside.
The vet isn't sure what it is and it's a little worrying.
Thanks for any help in advance.

James

Welcome James! Have you looked at things like Cataracts?

Ideally a vet would be able to give you a diagnosis! :thumbs up

Would love to see a pic of your baby!

Hi Winston,

Will get some pics up soon. Tig's around seven, so I wasn't sure about cataracts. The vet had a look today so should have the results soon.

Welcome to the board, MrTig!

Is this something you can see internal to the pupil, or something between the pupil and the cornea?
