Lost Cat October 12, 2010

Hi,

My cat has gone missing. He was let out on October 12th, 2010 and never came home. It is normal for him to go missing for a day or 2, but never for this long, especially with the cold nights (he doesn't like the cold).

His name is Neo, and he is a grey, long haired domestic cat. He has a tattoo in his right ear, MRM 067. He is 7 years old. He is very friendly, but timid.

He was last seen in Mission, BC, in the Grewall Crescent/ D'Herbomez Drive area.

Sorry to hear that your cat is missing. Have you checked with all the vets, shelters, and spca in your area? Have you plastered your neighbourhood with posters and gone door to door asking people to check their garages, sheds or any outbuildings?

Try going out very early in the morning or late at night when it's quieter outside to look for him. Take a flashlight if necessary and call his name and also take a bag of treats to jiggle if that will entice him.

Also leave his litter box outside and a blanket he has laid on or a piece of your clothing and some food if there are no other animals around that may eat it. And don't forget to look up into any trees around your place as he may be afraid to come down.
