Symptoms for worms in puppies and parvo are very similar. How can I tell the difference?

best suggestion would be to take the puppy to the vet..

they really aren't similar at all, believe me, when a pup has parvo you cannot mistake it for worms, see your vet in case its parvo and get it treated immediately, the sooner the better for the pup

Yes, your pup should be seen by a vet regardless of whether it is worms or parvo. If your pup has stopped eating, lethargic, vomiting, etc., then it needs to been seen by a vet sooner (like today), rather than later.
