pancreatic enzymes

My cat has been diagnosed with epi (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency) and the vet has prescribed Viokase, a prescription powder containing lipase, proteae, and amylase to be mixed with her food. Does anyone know if it is okay to refrigerate food that has the enzyme mixed in or will this render the enzyme inactive?
Thanks for any insights you can offer.

I'm not sure about Viokase, but we use Pancrease-V for our puppy. He has the same condition. We were told to mix with the food, let sit 20 minutes then feed and not to store the food. Maybe call your vet and confirm if it's the same :)
