Any Basset Owners Here ?

Just curious to see how many are like me..

I think only you and Chris have Bassets on this board.

I've always been very curious of that breed. When I finally was able to foster one last January , I had to give her to another foster after 24 hours. She was the first dog I was fostering after getting Churchill and I found out that he was too territorial for me to take in new dogs aka fosters :( (that's why I foster cats now)

but for the 24 hours she was here , she was the perfect little angel and ... omg so cute ! I love Bassets , and their bark :cloud9:

My man wants one in the worst way, that or a bloodhound, they're his dream dogs.
I am always sure not to open your threads in his presence

HaHa.. and I have both that need homes..

We have two that live with us Helen.....Skippy the thinker (11) and Rebel the non thinker (6).

Duke is part basset but you can only see it in the length of his body and size of his paws. He's got much more beagle.

These 2 on petfinder kill me. Makes me want to move to a house much sooner so that we have the room.
