Meatloaf lost his man hood this morning. He got fixed at 6:30 this morning. He is at home and is doing okay. He is so sleppy. The vet gave us pills to give him (we are suppose to give him half a pill for the next 14 days) Justin took him in because I had to work. He did not think to ask the vet what the pills were for. I was just wondering what the pills are for? (they are white pills and they say 280 on them). Not that I am concerned becuase I know that the vet would not give him nothing that would hurt him I was just wondering what they were for and was wondering if you all know. :D

Could be either pain, anti-inflamitory, or anti-biotics. I'm sure others here will know for certain.

Glad he's doing well. He'll wake up later and want LOTS of lovin'. They're such sucks afterwards.

Justin brought him home and laid him on his new bed and went to give him some ice cream in a bowl and he looked at him and cried so Justin got a baby spoon and feed him some and than out the spoon down and passed it over to Meat Loaf and he cried so Justin feed him some more. As long as Justin gave it to him he was okay but there was no way he was going to do it on his own. He is like Dad do you know all the Trama I have been throught today??? :D

I know what you mean. When Diamond had her operation we would pick her up to put her in the CRV...understandable at the time. Now... she's, for the most part, healed (but we still don't want her to push it too much, just in case). She won't jump into the truck by herself. She looks back and whines to be picked up. I KNOW she can jump that high...she has no troubles jumping when there's treats involved. Looks like I'm going to have to start bribing her to jump into the truck. Maybe she thinks she's going back to the vet or something.

Your little guy is going to suck every drop of pity he can get, while he can get it. Did the vet say if there were complications that would make him overly sore?

Justin did not say anyhting about complications but I will ask him I am getting ready to go home for my lunch break. I hated that I could not be there with him but we had a important meeting i could not miss this morning so Justin said that he would be fine and he would take care of him. But I will ask and than let you know. :D

Pills from the vet can be one of two things pain medication or antibiotics.
Are there no names on them? Call the vet to verify for sure. For 14 days that sounds like antibiotics.

I would refrain from the ice cream BUT since these are probably antibiotics you know what I'm gonna say right...... YOGURT!! ;)

Did you change the food yet?

I knew you would say yogurat. Yes, I bought them Solid Gold they like it. I threw away the crap food. I wonder why she told me to feed it to him if it is a bad food. I know that is what they feed all their animals.
