Hi my puppy is 7months old and for the last 4 days has been constantly following shadows is there something wrong wiv her thanx heather

Sounds like a fun game for a dog. Could be play. What breed is she? A tracker, perhaps?

Shadows outside? As in shade? Maybe she is just trying to keep cool?

Or do you mean moving shadows, like yours, when you walk? Sounds like a puppy way of amusing herself.
