Hello from Pebbles in Tennessee

Hello from Pebbles and her Mom and Dad from Knoxville, TN. Pebbles is a 15 year old Miniature Poodle and we have just discovered that she has some potentially serious liver and kidney problems going on. Our vet is trying to determine what's going on with the liver at the moment and we are trying to find as much information on what we can do as owners to keep her as happy and comfortable as possible as we negotiate this process.

I found this site when I was researching kidney-safe dog diet information. My wife and I are here to share Pebbles' story and to learn as much as we can about what we can do to improve and prolong Pebbles' quality of life. We are working closely with a fantastic Vet but we are interested in learning from every source that we can.

I'm sorry to read of her liver and kidney problems though :(. I hope you find the information you're seeking....and I'm sure you'll find the support here :grouphug:.
