double claws??

My cat Bear has double claws...i think...lol.He has his regular retractable claws, but on each of his digits on his paw, he has another nail, but it doesnt retract..its just..there.It's long, and thick and wierd looking but im scared to try cutting it.Has anyone else heard of this or dealt with it? heellpp pweez :D

No, I've never seen this! If these nails are long and do not retract, they could get caught on something and cause injury.

I suggest taking him to the vet, and getting advice on how to deal with this and instruction on cutting these nails.
