NoahGrey April 2nd, 2010, 03:55 PM Here is a website that I regularly visit and a issue that I am very passionate about. It is an organization that aids in ending the Illegal Wildlife Trade. One of their links that they offer is the Endangered & Trafficked Species Guide. Please check out the site, and please be cautious when buying products, traveling, etc.

Melinda April 2nd, 2010, 03:59 PM thank you for posting this:thumbs up
chico2 April 2nd, 2010, 04:09 PM ACO,thank's!
We all know what countries are the culprits ,who buys parts of the magnificent Tigers, who lets Sharks drown after their fins are cut off,or who still uses Ivory for decoration, who have weird ideas about gaining sexual prowess from animal-parts.
Can anything be done to stop the extinction of all these beautiful animals??
I certainly hope so,or the next generation will only be reading about them in books:(
Sometimes I am glad I am a senior,I will not live to see the destruction of the worlds wild-life.
NoahGrey April 2nd, 2010, 04:31 PM Chico, sadly North America is also a HUGE contributer to the Wildlife Trade as well.

Can anyone point me in the direction of finding out more about NA's involvement in wildlife trade crimes?
chico2 April 3rd, 2010, 04:30 PM I would imagine it has to do with Seals,Polar-Bears maybe even Wolves, but I am not sure..
NoahGrey April 4th, 2010, 07:20 AM Hi Chico,
I assume you are talking about the website. WildAid is dedicated in protecting all species of flora and funa, however most of the Illegal wildlife trade as to do with exotic species, like Tigers, Alliegators, elephants, reptiles, etc. WildAid is protecting animals all over the globe and have offices all over.
They do have a link, for other countries and Canada...so if anyone wants to see what they are doing for animals in Canada...
