Does anyone recall the name of that Pet Airline? I need to send a cat from Toronto to Calgary.

Do you mean Pet Airways (http://petairways.com/content/where-we-fly)? They don't operate out of Canada yet. If this is a rescue situation, you could try Pilots N Paws (http://pilotsnpaws.org/), if not, there is a site called Uship (http://www.uship.com/pets/) that might give you some options.
