CAT HAS A LARGE BUMP/SORE ABOVE HER LIP. SHE HAS HAD IT FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS NOW... IT LOOKS LIKE SOME SORT OF HERPES OR SYPHILIS [BUT I KNOW ITS NOT]. IT SEEMS TO BE ITCHY AND SHE RUBS IT ON THINGS THEREFORE MAKING IT BLEED. THEN IT SCABS OVER AND REPEATS THE ITCHING AND BLEEDING. i HAVE NO IDEA.

She's had it for two years?! I would take her to a vet ASAP - that's the only way you can for sure receive a proper diagnosis with immediate treatment to follow.

It is probably eosinophilic Granuloma Complex. It is normally associated with allergies. My daughter's cat has it and can only eat the hypoallergenic canned food from the vet's office. Others have been able to change their cat's food to a quality canned and had success in keeping it at bay.
Another common cause is flea allergies.
I agree with the others, this cat needs to see a vet.
