diandpat December 4th, 2009, 06:17 PM Since things have somewhat tamed down around here and we are spending more time together as a "family" as a good furkid Mum I had to rectify a small problem Hobo was having...he is not a fan of sharing, being the comfort creature that he is...
So I went to buy new cat beds so everyone would have a "spot". It did not go exactly as I would have hoped....
hazelrunpack December 4th, 2009, 06:19 PM  Guess you'll just have to buy more doggie beds :o :p
Equla December 4th, 2009, 06:22 PM Hehe! Something tells me that if the kitty was strong enough, all the beds would be stacked on each other with a purring furrball on top.
Macomom December 4th, 2009, 07:44 PM I hope the kitty doesn't decide to like Queen sized posturepedic matresses, or you could be out of luck!
onster December 4th, 2009, 07:45 PM LOL
I have the exact same dog bed...for my cats :p
but Onnie is scared of it  and bunduk occasionally will sleep on it....when there's no dog to bug by stealing their bed I guess doggy beds lose their appeal
Frenchy December 4th, 2009, 10:46 PM  they switched beds or did kitty scared Hobo away ?
he still seems .... comfy in is own way on the kitty bed
14+kitties December 4th, 2009, 10:54 PM Yep, that looks familiar. Same thing happens here. My dogs are constantly being moved from their resting place by kitties who feel they should have that exact spot. After all, the slave has warmed it for them already.
Love Hobo falling out of the small bed. :cloud9:
rainbow December 5th, 2009, 02:58 AM LOL ...Hobo is using reverse psychology by getting up and sleeping on the cat bed. :D
Ryan48 December 5th, 2009, 10:04 AM LOL, but they all look so comfy.

No, not exactly...whenever she would get on his bed I would pick her up and move her and tell her "this is your new spot". Guess she doesn't understand simple English...came up the stairs and that is what I saw :laughing: Guess Hobo resigned himself to the new bed out of desperation :cloud9:
krdahmer December 5th, 2009, 03:24 PM :cloud9: that is cute! Ya, I gave up on buying cat beds....they much prefer my bed or my clothes anyhow!

 yep , they always go for the other's beds :p you could try putting some cat nip on the kitty bed , that might help.
My cats rarely use the kitty beds here. They like the big ones better !
chico2 December 5th, 2009, 04:57 PM That's sooo sweet,the little kitties rule:laughing:
I've always wanted to buy a dog-bed,they are always so nice and soft, but hubby says no,we don't have a dog:laughing:
Dee-O-Gee December 5th, 2009, 10:51 PM OM-DAWG!
2 beds, 1 spot--priceless!
Way too cute DP. :thumbs up

Well now see, that's your problem! You are talking to them in English! Maybe they only understand French? :D
