We're Almost There!!!!

So it's been a much slower trip than I usually make to Saskatchewan..normally I'd be there yesterday but that's fine. The kitties are doing great!!!! First day was a bit rough on everybody, only drove 2 hours before we stopped. Right now we're in Kenora, would've gone farther but like to stop before dark if possible.

Just a note to Lorraine...Nino is great on the road!! I was worried that he might revert to his old ways but nope. He's even getting the short end of the stick view-wise in the van. I have him in the hard carrier so he's on the floor and the other 2 are in soft carriers sitting on top of his. They all love exploring hotel rooms, especially the ones with windows they can sit and look out of. Nino figures he should be allowed out to roam the halls too!! I can see the other guests...there's a Bobcat in the hall!!!!

Weather's actually been really good which is a bonus..hope it holds out for a couple more days. Bayley's been a good girlie, she's happier since I rearranged the cats and she has both her seats in the van.

Well that's it for now...gotta go take miss Bayley out, hope the bears are sleeping!!!

are you taking the #1 through manitoba? If you are *WAVE* when you drive by brandon! Glad to hear that your trip is going well!! That is quite a feat! Taking fuzzies on a long road trip and into hotels! Hope the rest of it goes at least as well for you good luck on your journey!

Should be tomorrow, might be a bit late for tonight, so 1 more hotel night. I should had my phone in the room and taken a pic of Coco propped up on his back against the pillows, washing his hind foot!!! Nino just wants to go exploring the halls

Gosh Patty, I've had so much heartache lately, that by reading your thread has brought a much needed smile on my face. You have done such a fantastic job with Nino, that I'm almost in tears with happiness. Thank you again for giving him a chance.
