One of Vlad's favorite things to do...

is getting in a sack or basket and having me give him a ride around the apartment. LOL, I just did that with him and he was so excited. He'd stick his head over the bag and look at the ground. I'd put the sack down and he'd look up at me like, "Well, get going."

Winston, that's so true. He's had quite the evening.

First he was meowing a little at the door, so I put the harness on him and let him sit for a bit on the threshold. After a few very loud cars, he'd had enough and wanted in. Then he insisted on my sharing my carrots with him. After that, he decided he wanted a little nap, and then when I went to the kitchen to gather my grocery sacks he decided he would get inside one. I know that's my cue to give him a ride. I'll walk around with him, quite the workout with him, and once he's had enough he hops out. :D

:laughing::laughing: I need of pic of him being carried around:laughing:. Sounds precious :lovestruck:.

Most cats would jump out and look at their owners saying: "Are you crazy? I got my own feet to walk with, so I can go where I want to go, when I want to go there"

L4H, if I ever get anyone to take a picture I'll post it. He just absolutely loves it. It's like his own little carnival ride. He'll have his head sticking out of the bag and I'll swing him around a little and you can see him just looking down and all around.

I bet he would love going for walks in a kitty stroller then. As long as he feels hidden when he gets a bit scared, he may just love it.

Oh yeah. I totally believe he'd really enjoy a kitty stroller. He's one of the only ones I can get into a carrier without a struggle, and he'll allow me to carry him and walk around with him without struggling to get away. I'm hoping to have enough money to get a good stroller by the end of the year. It will be a little cooler down here so walks in the evening would be fun.

My Tigger used to like to ride in the wheel barrel and she would also ride in the wagon on the back of the tractor. :D
I definetly want to see a pic of Vlad in a stroller when you get it.

Vlad is a real character. :cloud9: I agree, pics please.
Do those strollers come with harnesses so the kitties can't escape?

I think they do. But if the one I get doesn't have one, I'll for sure rig something up. I think by next month, the evenings will be a little cooler, so I would be able to take him our after work.

Oh, LOL, that's awesome! When I was at the MN Renaissance Festival a few weeks ago, someone was pushing their kitty around in a stroller. They were getting all kinds of attention and the cat was totally eating it all up!

Smiley14, I've never seen anyone with a cat in a stroller. I bet that little kitty was having a ball!

KR, that's exactly what he looked like.

I found these photos of when I was packing to move to my current place. Vlad was probably about 6 or 7 months old, so he's much smaller, but he had so much fun riding in this little basket.
