Is it okay to give a whole raw turkey neck to a cat?

I'm sure this has been talked about before. I did read somewhere that a whole raw chicken neck was okay for cats. I would imagine a whole raw turkey neck would be the same thing. Would someone please confirm this. Thanks.

Additional information: This is an adult cat (about 10 years old and in good health).

I would think if the kitty is used to eating raw and the bones that go with it he will be fine with the neck. I know one member who throws the whole chicken down to feed her kitties. No one has been injured yet. Not any difference between chicken and turkey that I know of. Except turkeys a little bigger.
